Step 1 Speak to Cor Kalom at the alchemy laboratory after returning from A Focus for the Gurus . Accept his stock - healing potions or the Light Rune Step 2 Travel to the Alte Mine . Near the entrance ask a templar about the nest; he points to Gor-Na-Vid , Gor-Na-Kosh and Gor-Na-Bar in the mine Step 3 Descend to the deepest gallery. Asghan stands before a sealed gate. He refuses to open it without Ian's clearance Step 4 Speak to Ian. He demands a new gearwheel for the broken swampweed press - find it in a side tunnel a few floors down, guarded by three minecrawle Step 5 Return the gearwheel to Ian. He gives the hero a password to pass on to Asghan Step 6 Back at the sealed gate, give the password. Asghan now requires three templars to guard the open gate. Recruit Gor-Na-Bar higher up in the mine ( Step 7 Return to Asghan and operate the winch. The gate opens Step 8 Follow the tunnel behind the gate through pack after pack of deep-mine crawlers to the hatchery. Defeat the Minecrawler Queen
